Micromode Ltd is a privately owned company that was established 17 years ago as a company committed to providing state of the art products for skin care beauty professionals and retailers, to address the growing beauty, cosmetic and anti-ageing market. Micromode Ltd has two divisions: Micromode Cosmetics is responsible for product import and distribution, while Micromode Franchise division is the franchisor for 27 Caci and 20 Contours locations throughout New Zealand.
Micromode Cosmetics Division represents several imported prestigious products. Each brand has their own specific distribution strategies across one or more of the several channels Micromode participates in. Micromode also has medical agencies for appearance-medicine injectables. With exclusive distribution agreements, we represent Murad, Cellex-C and Smashbox cosmetics.
Near future development plans see Micromode Ltd expanding the Caci franchise model to South East Asia from 2012. Our New Zealand expansion strategy for doing this is to purchase existing high profile beauty businesses and convert them to Caci clinics. This gives us far greater momentum than starting fresh from a Greenfield site.
Micromode Ltd has 26 staff at its support office, covering the functions of marketing, sales, warehousing, administration, training, IT and finance. We have customers stretching from one end of New Zealand to the other with our sales staff travelling the country regularly managing their accounts, assisting in merchandising, sales and product training and promotions.
Micromode Franchise Division represents our Caci and Contours franchise group.
Caci clinics employ GPs, nurses and beauty therapists to provide customers with a wide service offering from laser treatment, non-surgical facelift, Botox® and dermal fillers to beauty therapy treatments and a retail line of skincare.
Contours are Women’s Health and Fitness Specialists. Our Contours clubs provide safe, supportive and motivating
environments for women who wish to exercise. As well as offering the latest fitness equipment, each club also offers group fitness classes and a suite of specialised training programmes.
